About the opportunity
Join Inland Rail in a senior, program-wide
role where you’ll shape how a major property portfolio is managed across NSW
and Queensland. As Program Lead for Property Management,
you’ll be the go to subject matter expert providing strategic advice,
strengthening governance, uplifting processes, and partnering with project and
corporate teams to deliver value for money outcomes across the Inland Rail
corridor from Beveridge (VIC) to Kagaru (QLD). Why Inland Rail? Work on a nationally

governance and outcomes across a major property portfolio spanning NSW and
Queensland. You’ll
influence high-impact decisions, support robust compliance in property
transactions, and provide senior guidance to a small team (approx. 4–6) and
service providers ensuring consistent, proactive portfolio management in a
