Wyndham Avenue Bridge site investigations
On Tuesday 7 November 2023, Martinus, working on behalf of Inland Rail, will undertake site investigations inside the rail corridor at the Wyndham Avenue bridge in Forbes.
Work being done
Our contractor Martinus will be undertaking site investigations inside the rail corridor at the Wyndham Avenue Bridge, Forbes. Access will be via Sam Street.
When are site investigations occurring?
Works will take place, including the delivery and removal of equipment, between 7am to 6pm on Tuesday, 7 November 2023.
What can I expect?
- light vehicles and hi-rail inspection vehicle / unit entering and exiting the site and unloading from a heavy vehicle
- increased noise from the hi-rail inspection vehicle / unit putting on / off at the level crossing

- light vehicles
How we’re managing impacts
- notifying all residents within a 200m radius of the worksite
- working only during standard daytime construction hours
- equipment will be used within the rail corridor.
