Shortlisted proponents

ARTC announced the shortlisting of three construction firms to deliver the design and construct contract for the Albury to Illabo and Stockinbingal to Parkes (Albury to Parkes) enhancement projects in southern New South Wales on 30 June 2022.

The proponents include:

  • John Holland Pty Ltd
  • Laing O’Rourke Australia Construction Pty Ltd and Partners (FreightConnect)
  • Martinus Rail Pty Ltd
