BHQ Joint Venture opens ICN Gateway site to local businesses and suppliers
BHQ Joint Venture, the preferred civil works contractor we appointed in late 2021 to deliver the Northern Civil Works Program, has established a presence on the online supplier registration platform, ICN Gateway.

ICN Gateway connects local businesses and suppliers offering goods, services and equipment with major contractors promoting procurement and contracting opportunities for their construction projects.
The BHQ Joint Venture, comprising Queensland-based companies Bielby Holdings, JF Hull Holdings, and QH&M Birt are seeking expressions of interest for various works packages for an ancillary works tender they’re preparing for Inland Rail.
Opportunities include accommodation camps and camp management, bridge construction, cleaning, concreting, capping, earthworks, drainage, fencing, haulage, signage, materials, transport, plant hire and logistics, and roadworks.
The Northern Civil Works Program involves construction of approximately 160km of new track within the Border to Gowrie section of Inland Rail between Whetstone and Gowrie.
