Euroa Station takes shape.
Inland Rail is putting the finishing touches on the upgraded east platform and the new carpark off Railway Street ahead of passengers returning to the station following the relocation of the rail line.
The upgrade of the platform in front of the old station building includes resurfacing, fencing, signage, new lighting and platform furniture.
The new Railway Street carpark will incorporate 50 spaces, two accessible carparks and four spots for a quick and safe drop-off or pick-up. The temporary carpark in McGuinness Street will close.
Coaches will use the new bus stop in front of the station on Railway Street.
The project site office has been relocated from the corner of Railway and Anderson streets to the Elliot Street side of the station as works are gathering momentum on the western side of the station.
Work is continuing on the pedestrian underpasses at Handbury Street and the station, the western carpark, the new west platform and the Anderson Street vehicle underpass.
