The Inland Rail Program is a 1600km rail infrastructure project stretching from Brisbane to Melbourne incorporating new and existing rail track. The program includes the upgrading of existing standard gauge track, the enhancement of existing standard gauge track to cater for double stacking and the construction of new standard gauge links comprising of viaducts, tunnels, rail track, crossings and bridges. About the opportunity
We are
seeking a Senior Commercial Manager – Queensland Agreements to provide
strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Queensland Third-Party
Interface Agreements required to deliver the Inland Rail Program. In this
pivotal role, you will manage the development and delivery of commercial
agreements with governments, statutory authorities, utilities, and third-party
businesses/developers. Success in this role will depend on your ability to
build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external
agencies, ensuring timely and effective inputs for all agreements. This is your
opportunity to combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder
engagement to contribute to one of Australia’s most transformative infrastructure
