Inland Rail construction partner John Holland is modifying the station precinct and constructing a new vehicle underpass at Anderson Street in Euroa.

Railway Street carpark and Euroa Station access changes
Timing: 24 March to 13 April 2026
As part of Inland Rail works, changes to the station pedestrian access and Railway Street parking are required.
Pedestrian access to the station platform from Rowe Street will be closed, with a temporary pedestrian detour via the Frost Street drainage infrastructure. Pedestrian access to the station platform from the Railway Street carpark will be maintained.
The majority of the Railway Street carpark will be closed, with the exception of accessible parking and 3-4 additional spaces. Alternative public parking is available at the Euroa Hotel carpark, off McGuinness Street.
The Railway Street bus stop will be maintained.

Railway Street carpark and Euroa Station access changes
Timing: From 13 April 2026
Inland Rail is undertaking works to relocate the rail line and upgrade Euroa Station Precinct.
Passenger train services will not stop at Euroa Station. Coaches will replace all passenger services until the new carpark and platform open on the Elliot Street side of the station later this year.
The Railway Street carpark will be closed, with public parking available at the Euroa Hotel carpark, off McGuinness Street.
The Railway Street bus stop will be relocated to McGuinness Street for both V/Line and Public Transport Victoria services.
Temporary pedestrian access across the rail line will be via the Frost Street drainage infrastructure or Charles Street pedestrian crossing.
Please follow all signage and allow extra travel time.

Vehicle detour and road closures

Until these works are complete, traffic will be diverted via the upgraded detour route along Brock, Campbell and Birkett streets and over the Birkett Street level crossing.
