Wyndham Av bridge & Daroobalgie crossing loop works
Planning approval was granted on 30 November 2021 for the crossing loop at Daroobalgie and track lowering at Wyndham Avenue road bridge. Construction is expected to begin in late 2022.
Lachlan River bridge & horizontal clearances works
Public exhibition of the Review of Environmental Factors (REF) for the Lachlan River Bridge and Horizontal Clearances works packages ended on 24 February 2022.
An ARTC Environmental Officer has assessed the REFs to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and reviewed the submissions received and made a recommendation to approve.
In April 2022, ARTC finalised a Response to Submissions (RtS) Report for both REFs.
The RtS Reports outline ARTC’s response to feedback from the community, key stakeholders and REF submissions.
Planning approval was granted on 24 May 2022 for the Horizontal Clearances and Lachlan River Bridge Modification and the conditions of approval for each project are outlined in the projects respective Decision Reports.
