Work being done

Martinus will undertake survey investigation work to identify and locate utilities on Edmondson Street and Sturt Highway from 3 October to 16 October 2024, weather permitting.

Due to the traffic volume on Sturt Highway and to minimise disruption to the local road network. Work will occur outside peak hours between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday, 7am and 6pm on Saturday, and between 7am and 6pm on Sunday and Public holidays.

This work is not expected to be noisy, but there will be temporary traffic disruption. Traffic controllers will be available to direct traffic where needed.

These investigations are to identify and locate utilities and provide geotechnical information to inform design and does not mean approval has been given for major construction to begin on the Albury to Illabo section.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, obey signs and traffic control and allow extra travel time during this work.
