Stockinbingal to Parkes Review of Environmental Factors – Horizontal Clearances

The purpose of this Review of Environmental Factors (REF) is to describe proposed works at six enhancement sites along the Stockinbingal to Parkes rail corridor, to document the likely impacts of the proposal on the environment, and to detail the safeguards and management measures that would be implemented during detailed design, construction and operation of the proposal.
