Benalla Station access and carpark changes

Inland Rail is undertaking works to upgrade Benalla Station Precinct.
During these works, there will be changes to the station access.
Until Benalla Station reopens at the end of the year, temporary facilities will be in place from the Railway Place side of the station.
What to expect:
- temporary V/Line ticketing, car park and coach facilities off Railway Place
- the station building and existing platform off Mackellar Street will be closed
- pedestrian access across the rail line is via Nunn Street level crossing.

Mackellar Street traffic changes
Timing: current
Inland Rail is continuing construction in Benalla.
During these works, temporary traffic changes will be in place along Mackellar Street.
There will be a temporary short-term road closure of Mackellar Street, between Carrier and Walker streets.
There will also be temporary single-lane one-way traffic on Mackellar Street, between Carrier and Bryne streets, and at Nunn Street level crossing.
Pedestrian and vehicle detours will be in place, as required.
