The National BBQ Championships in Forbes on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November 2024 provided a sizzling showcase of grilling and smoking mastery, and the Inland Rail and Martinus team brought their A-game!

While the official podium eluded them this time, the team has proudly claimed the “unofficial third place,” a testament to their determination, teamwork, and passion for great BBQ. The two-day event, which was a highlight of the Forbes event calendar, was a celebration of flavour and community, featuring live demonstrations, toe-tapping music, vibrant market stalls, and plenty of fun activities for kids—making it a weekend to remember for all who attended.
