Inland Rail closing in on Stockinbingal to Parkes completion

Inland Rail will use the upcoming rail possession from March 22-24 to apply some of the finishing touches to the Stockinbingal to Parkes section of the project, with Inland Rail on course to finish the section on schedule in mid-2025.

Upgrades at Daroobalgie level crossing improve safety

Inland Rail has delivered a safer experience for motorists and trains using the Daroobalgie Road level crossing, completing important works to install boom gates and flashing lights at the crossing, with the improvements part of work to construct a passing loop on the Stockinbingal to Parkes section of Inland Rail.

Inland Rail 560-strong workforce on Stockinbingal to Parkes

Newly released figures from Inland Rail show that more than 550 people have worked on the Stockinbingal to Parkes section of the project.
