Our Albury to Illabo partner Martinus works with a professional project photographer and drone operator to capture regular photos, videos and timelapse to be shared on our website, social media, advertising and signage.

The photography and videography will focus on construction areas and work sites, however nearby residences and businesses may notice a photographer on the ground or drone in the surrounding area capturing our works from several angles.

The project photographer has the relevant licences and follows all appropriate requirements to operate a drone, ensuring no impact to construction works, traffic or community.

We’re looking forward to sharing photo and video updates regularly.

Inland Rail moves forward with Edmondson Street and Short Street bridges set for demolition

Inland Rail will undertake construction activities across the Beveridge to Albury and Albury to Illabo sections from Saturday 28 February to Sunday 1 March during a scheduled track closure, including the demolition of the Edmondson Street bridge deck in Wagga Wagga and the Short Street bridge in Broadford, Victoria.

Edmondson Street bridge to remain closed ahead of Inland Rail construction

The Edmondson Street bridge in Wagga Wagga will remain closed for an estimated eighteen months following a successful two-week trial of traffic mitigation measures from Saturday 22 November. This closure will enable Inland Rail to construct a new bridge to accommodate double-stacked trains.
