New rail bridge beams installed in Euroa
Works at Euroa Station Precinct continue to power ahead with 37 beams for a new rail bridge lifted into place in February.

When complete, the new 44m long and 15m wide rail bridge will be located on top of the new Anderson Street vehicle underpass.
Our construction partner John Holland installed the steel beams, which were fabricated by Sutcliffe Engineering in Victoria, using a 60-tonne crawler crane.
By building the bridge, we can relocate the rail tracks to sit between the existing station building and the soon-to-be-built new platforms.
The beams were installed at ground level ahead of works starting on the full excavation of the Anderson Street vehicle underpass later this year.
A shared-use path will sit either side of the rail tracks, providing improved connectivity across the Euroa station precinct.
