A new Statement of Expectations was issued by our Shareholder Ministers on 28 January 2025.

The ‘Statement of Expectations’ document is issued by the The Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, and Local Government, and the Minister for Finance, and guides the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) and Inland Rail Ply Ltd (IRPL), to ensure each organisation’s strategic direction aligns with the Government’s objectives.

The Statement of Expectations replaces the previous Interim Statement of Expectations issued to ARTC in 2023.
