We understand this closure may lead to heavier local traffic at some locations in Wagga Wagga. Travel delays are only expected to be around 10 minutes during peak periods. To help ease congestion, we encourage the community to plan their journeys in advance, consider alternative routes, and wherever possible leave a little earlier to get to their destinations safely.

We’ll continue to keep the Wagga Wagga community informed while Edmondson Street bridge construction continues and provide updates if additional traffic mitigation measures are required.

We thank the Wagga Wagga community in advance for its continued patience and cooperation in keeping traffic moving while construction is underway.
