Inland Rail completes key works during Albury to Illabo track possession

Inland Rail has successfully completed works during a weekend track possession on the Albury to Illabo section of the project, including the demolition of footbridges at Albury Station and Culcairn.

Edmondson Street bridge to remain closed ahead of Inland Rail construction

The Edmondson Street bridge in Wagga Wagga will remain closed for an estimated eighteen months following a successful two-week trial of traffic mitigation measures from Saturday 22 November. This closure will enable Inland Rail to construct a new bridge to accommodate double-stacked trains.

Albury footbridge set for demolition in Inland Rail construction surge

A two-day construction effort will see the Inland Rail project undertake round-the-clock works on the Albury to Illabo section on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December.
